We want you to love your purchase. If you need to return an item, our Customer Support team is here to help. Please review the following guidelines for returns:

Proof of Purchase

We require proof of purchase for all returns. Acceptable forms include a receipt or order confirmation from Hyperice.com.au

Standard Return Policy

  • Returns are accepted within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt for change of mind.
  • Items must be purchased directly from Hyperice.com.au. Products purchased from other retailers must follow their respective return policies.
  • For change-of-mind returns or items that have been opened/used, a 20% restocking fee will apply.
  • Shipping costs for returns are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Products must be returned in new, undamaged condition. Items showing wear or damage will not be accepted.

Faulty or Misrepresented Items

Consumer guarantees apply to faulty, misrepresented, or unsafe products. These items can be returned at any time within a reasonable period, and no restocking fees or shipping costs will apply.

Lost or Damaged Returns

We recommend using trackable shipping for returns. Items remain the customer’s responsibility until received by The Move Better Project.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days of receiving and inspecting your return. Refunds for faulty items will be prioritized and processed promptly.

Bundles and Kits

  • For change-of-mind returns, all items in a promotional kit or bundle must be returned together.
  • Faulty items within a bundle are eligible for individual remedies under consumer guarantees.

Price Adjustments & Exclusions

  • We do not offer price matching or adjustments for items purchased outside a specified sale period.
  • No additional discounts apply during sale events.

Normatec boot sizes

It is imperative you select the correct size Boot for your needs. Please note that, due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on boots that have been opened and used.

If you do wish to swap boots once you have received, prior to opening or using the product, please contact customersupport@hyperice.com.au to arrange.
