Hyperice Australia & New Zealand Returns & Refunds Policy

The Move Better Project wants you to be excited about your new purchase. However, if you need to return an item, Our Customer Support team is here to help. Below are a few noteworthy points to keep in mind when returning a product you purchased from Hyperice.com.au

To initiate a return send us an email on CustomerSupport@Hyperice.com.au, including your original Hyperice order number, proof of purchase and reason for your return. 

PLEASE NOTE - We are unable to issue you a refund or replacement if you cannot provide your order number and proof of purchase

Standard Return Policy:

  • You have 30 calendar days from the date you placed your Hyperice order.
  • Only items that have been purchased directly from Hyperice.com.au can be returned to Hyperice. Hyperice products purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy.
  • If your unit has been used or opened, a restocking fee of 10% will apply.
  • If you are returning your order due to a change of mind, a restocking fee of 10% will apply.
  • The Move Better Project does not cover shipping costs for returns.
  • Products and packaging must be returned in new and undamaged condition. Any product(s) showing signs of wear or being soiled in any way will be deemed "unacceptable" and you will be notified.
  • The Move Better Project is not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping.
  • Your refund will initiate within 3-5 business days of receiving and inspecting your return. A detailed email confirmation will be sent to the email address associated with your order.

Refund Policy:

  • Once our HyperCare team receives and inspects your returned product, our accounting team will initiate your refund within 3-5 business days. An email confirmation will be sent to the address associated with your order, detailing the amount refunded. The way your refund is processed depends on your original payment method.

Promotional Kits and Bundles

  • We do not accept returns/exchanges or allow refunds for individual items in a promotional kit or bundle.
  • We only allow returns/refunds on promotional kits and bundles, IF ALL items included in your order are returned.

Price Adjustments & Exclusions:

  • Hyperice.com.au does not offer price matching from other retailers
  • During holiday promotions and sale events, items purchased before or after the specific discount time periods are not eligible for price adjustments.
  • No further discounts apply during sale periods

Normatec boot sizes

It is imperative you select the correct size Boot for your needs. Please note that, due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on boots that have been opened and used.

If you do wish to swap boots once you have received prior to opening or using the product, please contact customersupport@hyperice.com.au to arrange.
