Elite Athlete Supply Co. offers a 1-Year Warranty on all products purchased via Hyperice.com.au ONLY.

If, within one year from the date of purchase, your product fails due to a defect in materials or workmanship, Elite Athlete Supply Co., in conjunction with Hyperice Inc., will replace the product or any necessary components free of charge.

Warranty Exclusions:

This warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by accidents, abuse, mishandling, or improper transport.
• Products taken outside Australia or New Zealand.
• Repairs or modifications performed by unauthorized parties.
• Damage caused by failure to follow Hyperice care and usage instructions.
• Normal wear and tear, or deterioration due to abnormal storage or safeguarding conditions.
• Damage exceeding the product’s original purchase price.
• Products without valid proof of purchase (e.g., receipt, order confirmation, or bank statement).
• Products purchased from unauthorized retailers or resellers.
