Please note that, due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on boots that have been opened and used.

It is very important to ensure you select the correct size Boot for your needs. If you do wish to swap boots once you have received prior to opening or using the product, please contact customersupport@hyperice.com.au to arrange.
